Today I want to give you a glimpse into my travel day to D.C. last week to speak at the Ivalua Procurement Tour.
In preparation for the event, I start the day with a morning workout—it helps me clear my head and lock in specific talking points. Then, it was straight to the venue: the incredible International Spy Museum. Sharing insights and connecting with the audience there was a truly fantastic experience.
Once the work was done, it was time to catch up with the man who made it happen: my friend @four13photo__ , a fellow Bronx native who works with Ivalua. We decided to catch up at Quarter Deck in Arlington and go all-in on some amazing blue crabs.
It’s days like these—mixing meaningful work with great company—that remind me why I absolutely enjoy what I do, and I’m glad I got to share a peek with you.
