Another 3-2-1 workout video that provides different exercise ideas with minimal equipment. For this one I performed:
3 minutes - jump rope
2 minutes - band bicep curl X 5 then overhead press X 5 (alternate for 2 mins)
1 minute - sit up

During these unprecedented times, you need to keep mental focus. Part of my focus is having a routine. I start my routine by doing a 3-2-1 workout.
3 minutes - Cardio
2 minutes - Resistance
1 minute - Abs
The beauty of this is that you can pick any cardio, resistance and ab exercise you want. Since it is only six minutes, keep the intensity up. Here is an example of what I do. See more on my Instagram @u2_personal_trainer788 for other exercises.
The steel mace is a great modality to challenge the body and build strength in all planes of motion. The length of the steel mace makes it an extremely awkward weight at any grip position. Moving the mace requires a lot of muscular counter balance to keep the mace stable as it moves.
Here are three mace exercises that will challenge your body in multiple planes:
1. Mace abduction w/wrist pronation
2. Lateral lunge
3. Sword draw in a lunge position
